Let me start by saying I've never left a review at a restaurant before. but the meal we had last night at Maker's market was so delicious I'm compelled.Everything was perfect, from the decor, the atmosphere even the music. We were looking for a local place for Beef Wellington and went to Reddit for advice. A flood of recommendations came in for Maker Feed Co and after experiencing it ourselves we can see why.Booking a reservation was very easy through their website. The surrounding village is so cute. Lots of parking. The restaurant is in a beautiful heritage mansard building.We were greeted by a friendly host who led us upstairs to the front room. Went to Makersfeed for the first time recently. We had the lamb shank and duck confit, both were excellent (esp the lamb which was amazing and a very generous portion). It would have been perfect if not for the water provided (I drink tap water usually). I have never in my life seen water that was brown and tasted so horribly, especially in such an expensive restaurant.
