They've added self serve kiosks to order, although I don't know why. We placed our order and then watched scores of people walk up and order in person and receive instant service. As is sadly the case with most fast food now, the food looks nothing like it appears on the menu when you receive it. I suppose it's time I simply lower my expectations for fast food
Food was good but there is always an issue with the women's washroom. Stopped on Thursday, no toilet paper stopped Sunday tap at sink broken.
All Tim Hortons washroom are old and need TLC. Also they need to hire 1 employee to take care of just keeping restaurant area and washrooms clean and that is a full time job.

I ALWAYS get my drinks and food made to perfection, Nancy is hilarious, she never disappoints me for her witty comments and genuine conversation & the other employees are also incredible (I can’t give more names to shout out as I don’t know everyone- but there’s also this young teenager with a lovely accent who is also very talented and sweet) I am never ever disappointed when I leave.
