My son passed away on December 29. I wanted a place to have a proper reception for him after the funeral mass and burial that was close to the cemetery. My mind was a total muddle!
I called and arranged on New Year’s Eve a reception and spoke with Erin. She arranged everything. We booked the room downstairs and I couldn’t decide what to order . But Erin said she would pick the items. It was perfect. Ryan was our server and he was wonderful. The room was great for everyone to relax. The food was fantastic, wings, potato skins, spring rolls, perogies, and so much more. I kept calling not knowing exactly what time we all would arrive . I really wasn’t sure how long everything would take. Thank you Erin and Ryan! Everyone actually had a memorable afternoon. Everyone was kind and helped make a sad day , special.

We ate in one of their domes. Beautiful ight with snow made for perfect experience. I wish they were going to be longer. It would be a great valentines venue. Poor servers though. Food was so good and atmosphere like no other. Great experience

I recently had the Jambalaya for the first time yesterday. It didn’t disappoint. Every bit as good as I would make and well worth the money. Delicious.
Hubby had chicken tenders which sadly are very dry and terribly overcooked. Never again. One out of two. Many better tenders different places.

If you're looking for brewery vibes, skip this place! Very disappointing stop that I went out of my way to get to. At 2pm the restaurant was pretty much empty - I'm the only one at bar yet service was slooooow. I watch the bartender chat with another server for 5+ min while I try to get her attention for another drink. Had to flag down a manager. They then came over and continued their home remodel discussion at the bar awkwardly in front of me. Absolutely abysmal service for how slow it was. Beer & food was meh...burgers not worth it. Beer selection mediocre...

Was having a not so great day after a hospital visit and decided to have a bite to eat and it was a huge mistake going here. The wasps were bad enough but that’s not why I’m rating this one star, it’s because the server asked us if we are having a day off from the kids. Telling that to a couple that can’t have kids is devastating, just a tip, in the future don’t ask people about kids that are not actually there

I've been visiting the Collins since they opened many many years ago. There has never been consistency except for about 5 years ago when they hired a professional chef. Since that chef has left, the food has gone so downhill. It feels as if they know they have a captive audience by having such an amazing patio, that they don't need to care about their product. We were a group of 7, and none of us enjoyed our meals. The service was excellent, the food was terrible. It's very unfortunate.

Stopped by after picking up some corn at a local farm. Patio was really nice and it had its own section for dogs. Service and food were great. Our server even brought out water for our dog.

I was extremely impressed with the service. We were there during Cactus Festival weekend which is arguably the busiest weekend of the year. The place was packed inside and out but the service was very quick and accurate every time. I will definitely return. The patio is open year round with special options during the winter months.
