I loved this small restaurant. The cashier/waitress was friendly and efficient. Their classic burger was juicy and tasty, if a little small, but then it is only 8 CAD. And then we get to the butternut squash soup. It instantly became my very favorite fall soup. The taste was more like the idea of home-cooked festivity.
If you are not one of those people who would get fussy when their soup tastes more like a pudding, definitely give it a try.

Have had them a few times, mostly during cactus fest when they have the outdoor kitchen. Their food itself is of extremely high quality but due to their smaller than average portion size doesn't travel well. Definitely recommend to dine-in with them, takeout not so much.

I got soup and sanny to go...i sat down to have a few bites before needing to head back on the road and take a break frome the car. Owner then shamed me in front of his customers saying ' if i knew you were going to stay I would have saved on the packaging'...i am never going back!.
He is rude, and unhappy. Good luck

A few times now I have ordered from this location (Dundas) and they cannot seem included everything that is listed on the menu. Unfortunately it has been delivery but they do not follow instructions and cheap out on everything that is supposed to come with your meal. Very sad for a place that has great food. Simple customer service fact, listen to them and what they request. It’s not that hard. One time mistake, it happens. Three times? Stop being lazy.

I love this company for its soups (the creamy tomato tortellini is fantastic) but I had their Grilled Chicken & Provolone sandwich and it had to be one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. I very rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this time - that’s how good the sandwich was!

Two "hoagies" and two canned drinks with tip take out = $40!
Sandwiches were a sloppy mess of chopped lettuce, way too much dressing and Costco cold cuts - honestly I could make a better sandwich with my a-hole.
The hipster bloom is off the rose of The Burnt Tongue.

Sooooo good. I have only ordered pick up so I did not have the experience of eating in. The tuna sandwich is amazing. Looking forward to trying more! Generous portions.

This tiny, low-key little treasure was a wonderful surprise for lunch! There are so many vegetarian options too! Everything that we had was delicious ? I will be back!

Vegetarian options: Plenty of soups, salads, and sandwiches for vegetarians.
