It's the Burnt Tongue! If you know you know! There's a reason why more locations are popping up around Hamilton, it's because it's soooo good. The menu is constantly changing with favorites often making a come back in the rotation. Often new soup recipes as well. The grilled cheese sandwiches are great and so are the fries, with dill pickle being one of our favs. If you haven't been what are you waiting for?

Love this place! The food is so flavourful and plenty!Only issue I have was I was not happy seeing the young woman make my sandwich. She has super long nails and doesn't wear gloves when handling sandwiches.I said something, asked why she didn't have gloves on but was ignored. The other staff had gloves on. I won't be ordering next time if I see her making my sandwich.S

Slow, disorganized service, and in the ultimate display of irony, the soup was served lukewarm. Name did not check out. However, they replaced it with a hot bowl and apologized when I complained. Food was very tasty and not overpriced.

If their Hamburger is any indication of their ability to deliver delicious food I'm all in. McD's burger and fries are more expensive and are just a photograph of the real thing .... Mouth watering, old fashioned, real burger and fries of the 50's/60's ... I'm going back to check out the rest of the menu

Been wanting to try for a while. Finally got around to it this evening. Dined in and had the tlokhe and half buffalo chicken sandwich. My wife had the roasted garlic potato soup and a cheeseburger. Everything was exceptionally tasty. However my wife had to send her burger back because they put the wrong toppings on it. The staff were very polite and quickly made her a new burger. In the meantime though, they forgot about my sandwich until my wife reminded them when she returned her burger. They promptly made the sandwich and the server said “sorry” (Lol). He seemed to be struggling to speak English which might account for that. Anyway the food was good but pricey considering it’s kinda cafeteria style and the soup is served in paper bowls. All in all the total was $42.00 (plus tip) for 1 small soup, 1 med. soup, 1 cheeseburger and 1/2buffalo chicken sandwich with 2 pop. I would like to return, but probably won’t (maybe for lunch if I happen to be in town) since I’m from out of town and it’s kinda pricey for soup and sandwiches for dinner. Definitely worth a try at least once.
