I decided on the chicken Parmesan pasta and the margarita pizza, and both dishes were absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender and flavorful, making each bite a delight. As for the margarita pizza, it was easily one of the best I've had. The crust was thin and crispy, with just the right amount of cheese. The fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella were perfect.

Great place to have pizza. I never liked mushroom before but the ones on their Visuvio are fantastic! The dough is light and chewy. And the people there are very friendly. Their blackboard menus are so adorable.

Talk about hidden Gem, literally down an alleyway. That’s were you’ll find an actual pizzaiolo preparing his craft in a little quaint hole-in-the wall pizzeria. Perfect for after work considering the operating hours. True to customary style, a lite delicate crust (almost pastry like) fresh toppings and not feeling bad or bloated when murdering it all lol. Only critique no beer license ? still a great fined.

Chef Giovanni Campisi is the best chef around. He makes the most mouth-watering pizza you will ever taste with so many fresh ingredients and his dough is unbelievable! If you are looking for authentic Italian brick oven pizza, this is it! We celebrated my husband's birthday at the restaurant and were treated like family from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by Bella who took care of our orders and Chef Giovanni made our favourite pizzas. Always a pleasure to spend the evening eating in a little place of Italy! This place truly is a hidden gem and the pizza never disappoints. Worth the drive to Dundas and was a pleasure to meet the owner Dave as well! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

It was really good! Exactly the kind of pizza I was looking for. The staff were fantastic and incredibly friendly. Already recommending it to people I know in the area.

Just had the penne with sausage, peppers, and arrabbiata sauce -- fantastic! Tons of flavor, perfectly done, and filling. All for $12. Second time I've ordered from them and will again. Recommended for anyone who likes great Italian and good value.

Been to this place many times, but noticed the quality is slipping over the past year. Less cheese being used than normal, not enough sauce on the pizza and the tiniest scraps of basil spread on a couple slices. If you're charging 15$ for a 12 inch margarita, at least be courteous enough to your customers to put a noticable amount of basil. Basil shouldn't be cutting into your budget, it's cheap.It's disappointing considering this place is well known in Dundas and used to serve quality pies. Maybe it's new owners? Or maybe the old owners are starting to give up quality for an extra buck? Who knows.

My family and I always loved the original Fazari's in Dundas. The re-vamped Red Door Cucina might just be that much better. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Great selection of pizzas and pastas with plenty of fresh toppings. Overall amazing food and service with friendly staff and owner. Looking forward to many more visits in the near future.

We just ordered from here for the firs time since hearing chef of the year.My husbands pizza was good. He had the carnivore pizza. I got the chicken Alfredo and it tasted like it was from a can, and the chicken was also not even real. Very unappetizing and off putting. No pepper no parm. Just yuck $20 I won’t be spending again.

Update:Invited back by Dave and Chef tonight for a lovely meal. Pizza was just what you want, hot and fresh and that chew, amazing. Tonight’s pasta and meatballs was fresh and light. The marinara was top notch. My husband eagerly finished every last bit.Two cannolis to finish off a great dinner were equally delicious. Crispy and fresh with just the right amount of sweetness.Dave was happy and excited to have us back and you can tell he and Chef take great pride in their food and service.We’ll be headed back on another Thursday for a calzone for two special. They have different specials throughout the week. Definitely recommend.My original 3 star review has been changed to 5 stars. Bad days happen, but these guys shined tonight.

Tonight's dinner (Angry Hawaiian Pizza and Linguini and Meatballs, followed by cannolis) was excellent. Our first visit wasn't a 5 Star visit, but Dave and the crew definitely made it right. I'd give 6 stars this time if I could. The food is one thing, but the desire of the whole crew at The Red Door Cucina to make things right, and their pride in what they do, is evident and impressive. Thanks guys. We'll be back.

Oh dear! We thought we would try Red door Cucina, as we heard the ratings were good. We ordered our pizza at 6:20pm for pick up, my husband went At 7pm for pick up. It wasn’t ready … seems he put hot peppers ? on the pizza? We were given the option to wait for another to be made or cancel the order. So, we wait another 20 minutes for him to make another one, but no mushrooms left? Put another choice on the pizza. Looks like there was no sauce left either.(not that we like lots of sauce … but some would be nice). Did we catch them on a bad night? Not really worth the $22, just sayin’.

Red Door catered a pizza party for us- our guests were greeted by theWood burning pizza oven Dave set up in our driveway. First up out were the gluten free pizzas- a delicious thin rice dough . Then Giovanni set to work- spinning his fresh dough into perfect pizzas, with a variety of delicious toppings- and they kept coming, easily the best pizza in the Golden Horseshoe, beautiful presentation- and a lot of fun.Thank you for a great evening!
