What a fabulous diner! Old-time charm and hospitality in a small, family run restaurant. The owner does it all - greet, cook, serve and provide great conversation when he has a spare moment! The food is incredible, I had the best blueberry pancakes (made with real blueberries) that I've EVER had which included a small scoop of ice cream (who knew you could do that - delicious!). Coffee was excellent and re-filled often. A table nearby had several women who were a bit rude, the owner didn't bat an eye and was polite and courteous throughout their visit. He gave me excellent information about a nearby Provincial Park and even provided me with a cold drink for the trip. I will definitely be back, thank you for a great experience J! :)

My family and I were traveling and we stopped here for a bite of brunch. The atmosphere has that small town feel in the best of ways. You're instantly greeted by an extensive menu of feel good foods as well as awesome owner who suggests and helps you pick the perfect meal. That doesn't go as far as to mention how incredible my food was. I purchased two breakfasts consisting of an omelet (spinach mushroom tomato and cheese) a small salad and excellently seasoned potatoes/home fries. I will be going again to try all the other incredible food he makes...my eye is on the strawberry and cream pancakes next! LOVE

Hasn’t changed in the 40 years we have been visiting, although it has had a paint job since we last came two years ago. Same owner who does everything.
Good generous portions, tasty and fresh. Old fashioned hospitality at its best. Be patient, sit back and enjoy the nostalgia.

Amazing food! Amazing service! Amazing environment! Everything about this place is spectacular, and feels like home. The food was so good my family finished the food before I could take a photo 🤣. Me and my family always come to town, and never saw this place. But now it is sure going to be a staple every time we come! Definitely would recommend it’s a 10/10 from me. 😋

A cozy family-run spot serving up comfort food classics. The steak and eggs were good. The chicken club sandwich is stacked with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh toppings. Friendly service and a warm atmosphere. We will definitely visit more on our way back from lake Erie.

Like going back in time old school vibe

Great meal and even better service! The food was delicious and home made. The owner gave us a plate of cinnamon french toast on the house which was amazing! Great coffee and just overall a great vibe. Would definitely reccommend a visit!

My husband brought me here today for breakfast because he had been once before. Everything about it was enjoyable. The owner is so kind, the atmosphere is great and the food was amazing. We are from Niagara so it’s nice to go somewhere quiet and away from the “chain” restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Delicious home made food, it felt like my grandpa was making me lunch. Then he hits us with a sample of some home made chicken soups just like my Oma makes and it hit the spot with a touch of nostalgia. Coming back for breakfast next!! The homefries were delicious!
