This is insane, I ordered through the mobile app and it said it would be ready at 3:25, I drove 20 minutes to get to this location and arrived at 3:35. When I got here the doors were all locked there was no employee inside and the lights were off, mind you I paid in full on the app. The sign on the front of the store says they close at 7pm and on Google it says 8pm, but no it was 3:30 on a Friday. The place is a joke. They never have any chicken! I placed an online order at 6:30 Saturday night to save waiting in line. The confirmation said it would be ready at 6:43. I arrived at 6:53 only to find the doors locked. 2 employees inside. I'm pointing to my phone to let them know I have an order to pick up. He comes to the door with a typed sign of their hours. I ordered a 2 piece dinner . Cashier says let me check if we have enough chicken . Comes back and says ok , that's $12.64 . I paid . Another customer comes in , ordered a 10 piece bucket . 5 minutes later , second customer gets their order , cashier looks at me and says can I help you ? I said yeah , I ordered a 2 piece dinner .
