I used to go daily . Now I go to hagersville , 4/5 times my order is incorrect in Dunnville. For example today I went on my way through town my “10” white powder Timbits ordered were 4 chocolate 2 plain, 2 plain glazed and 1 sprinkle. 9 Timbits and not at all what I ordered.
People complain about service, but I see them come back all the time. Ryan has done a wonderful job complying with the COVID rules. I go to Tim`s about 4 or times a week. Sometimes there are new students working. People get angry but I tell them not to pay a lot of attention to them as everyone needs to learn.
