Staff is great, I’m always greeted with a smile and if theres ever a small mistake (which is rare, but when things get busy things happen) its always corrected immediately. But the way they’re managed is horrible. As someone who visits regularly, I’ve seen the same people working every weekend this summer, they’re being scheduled like they don’t have lives. Then, I’ll see someone working nights and then mornings a day or two later? They’re lucky they have loyal staff...
The staff at this Tim’s are the best I have encountered. My orders are always right, they’re always quick and I can still get food late in the evening whereas other Tim’s tend to stop serving. I can not compliment the staff here enough. They are so kind, fun and good at their jobs.
My dad has recently moved to Durham and has had wonderful service from all of the staff. He has had friendly service and is enjoying his daily visits.
