Disappointed for a couple of reasons.
Dry sub, that should be juicy, and the gratuity charge.
I tip people if food and service is good, but usually after eating a meal.
Since you have to pay ahead before eating, then tipping should not instantly added. But that's my opinion

Under new management, this Subway offers the best subs with perfectly fresh bread and veggies. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a clean store with fresh ingredients. One customer raves it's the best Subway experience ever, with friendly employees and fresh, uncontaminated ingredients. Another customer was disappointed that the meatballs were sold out but still enjoyed the Grilled Chicken sandwich, despite it being a bit hard. Subway is the go-to spot for delicious subs, especially the meatball sandwich.
