Had a great time there, as usual! This time, I was there with a friend to celebrate our birthdays (which are a few days apart) and the staff there were so amazing! They treated us like royalty and were so thoughtful and considerate, giving us personalized treats to help make the evening special. It was really more than I could have imagined. The managers and our server Nat were all exceptional. And of course, the food was delicious!!
Our group had a wonderful dinner experience at Beertown. They were very accommodating, went and found an umbrella so we could eat on the patio in the shade. The staff were outstanding. Food was good.
Staff was so nice to set aside a separate area for my elderly father-in-law's birthday to make a quiet celebration area for us. The Staff was so friendly and attentive. Thank you!!!
Sat on the patio after a short wait. Lots of tables available. 8:15pm reservation. Abbey our server was friendly and professional. We had beer to drink. My raspberry beer was summery and delicious. We ordered the duck wing appetizer. The sauce was yummy and the wings crispy and tender. I also had the steak salad. Steak was cooked as ordered and salad had lots of freshness and was perfectly dressed with the blue cheese dressing.
Our server was nice. Drinks were good. The food was meh. My pad thai was bland, my husband's burger had too much sauce, which overshadowed everything. My sons had fish and chips, they weren't that impressed and didn't like the chips (fries). It's very loud. We mostly went because it was Father's Day and my husband wanted the Q Brew. Not really sure we'd go again because there are better options. It's probably good to go there for drinks and to watch a game.
This was our second visit to this location. Great experience both times. We look forward to coming back again.
Always a great time here with great service! Staff is very kind and outgoing and food is great!
Seated promptly, server was friendly, gave recommendations for food and drink. Brought kids meals when ready( before adult meals came). Food was hot and everyone enjoyed their meals.
Great food and drinks. Amazing selection. Large menu and good portions. Decent tables. Lots of space. Attentive enough service. Place is always busy but that's normal, especially on Friday nights and the weekends. Be prepared for busy and noisy but it shouldn't detract from enjoying your own company since it's just a lively social environment.
We have had better food and service during other visits. Our dinner plates were not even picked up before getting the bill or even after paying.

I don’t usually ever leave a review but this place got the cocktails perfectly made and the food was absolutely amazing. The steak was absolutely delicious! Very impressed. Thank you!
I ordered fish and chips for my son but the batter was thick and very hard to chew for a toddler. This food was on their kids menu.
I went here with a group of 15 ladies after work at 4:30 on a Tuesday. I forgot our server's name but she was amazing friendly and professional. Since many of us it was our first time she explained the menu and what I love the most was trying different beers to see which one I would like the food that we all received was good and the wait time for it was fast. Our group was happy and satisfied with the overall experience. I will be definitely coming back thank you to the restaurant and the staff.
Lively atmosphere, open concept with walkout to patio area. Staff are friendly and service was also good. .Would go there again
Our visit to Beertown in Newmarket delivered a balanced mix of comfort food and craft beverages. We ordered : Fish Tacos , Yucatan Chicken, (not that great ) Mac + Cheese.
Overall Vibe:
With a mix of quality food, local brews, and casual atmosphere, Beertown Newmarket lives up to its reputation as a great spot for groups. Whether you’re diving into a hearty Mac + Cheese or sampling unique craft beers like the Humulus Lupulus GTA, there’s something for everyone.
