I love this place and would definitely go back. Service was quick, meal was generous and staff were friendly and efficient. This is the best location by far from any other I’ve gone to. This location really knows how to treat their customers with respect, generous portion sizes and quick service. They definitely know who the real boss is…the customer! Thank you for a great dining experience, one I won’t forget.
Dinner was great. Our server Jenna was exceptional and very attentive with the family.

Friendly servers, such as David, Alex, Sam, Nicole, Dillon, Mia, Jeff, Cam, and others, provide excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth meal. Sam was attentive and quick to respond to requests, making sure refills were available and the service was seamless. Mia and her team were especially attentive, checking in often and making sure everyone was well taken care of, which contributed to a very pleasant experience. The food quality can vary, but the restaurant consistently delivers hot, delicious meals on time, with portions that are nice and generous. The restaurant caters to dietary needs, including vegetarian options, and offers great value with options like all-you-can-eat Soup, Salad, and Bread. During special occasions like birthdays, staff and the host Dakotah work together to create a lively atmosphere, making celebrations memorable. The overall friendliness, attentive service, and enjoyable atmosphere make East Side Mario's a popular choice for many customers.
