This coffee supplier is one of my personal favorites in Scarborough and the GTA! I've been a loyal customer since they opened, and I keep coming back for more. Their dark roast coffee is my go-to; it’s strong and bold, just the way I like it.
What truly sets this place apart is the staff—they always greet me with warmth and kindness, making every visit feel special. Plus, they grind the coffee beans on-site, ensuring freshness that you can taste in every cup.

Love this store. Great selection and helpful staff to narrow down the options. I nowadays do delivery which has a low threshold for free shipping, and with local delivery, always comes either same day or next.

Disappointed in the customer service. I purchased a Breville portafilter through them at full price on June 21st only for it to go on sale the next week. I asked for a price adjustment on June 25, since it was $28+tax cheaper - 4 days after purchase. They said there was nothing they could do to honour the new price. Since I used the portafilter if I return and repurchase, they would take a 25% restock fee... Won't be shopping here again there are better places to get coffee + accessories.

I’ve been going here for over 4 years to buy my coffee. I would give this 5-star rating if it weren’t for how their pesky staff treats their customers. They simply don’t try to build relationships with their customers.
By that I mean they come to you as soon as you enter the shop to ask if you need any help. Coffee is not something like furniture, which is a once-in-a-blue-moon buying experience. I know my coffee. I’ve been going there for over 4 years. Their store layout hasn’t changed one bit in that time. It’s a pretty self guided experience. I’m usually in and out within 5 minutes. If they tried to recognize me and treat me like a loyal customer instead of an anonymous transaction, they would know this.
To be fair, they have had some thefts. But if you treat every person who enters like a shoplifter, then you’re going to tick off the customer. It rubs off the wrong way. If you can’t recognize customers, that’s a you-problem. You need to work on that.
