BOCA Brunch On Cosburn Avenue

I had breakfast with my family and we absolutely loved it. Food portions were pretty good and tastes excellent. We loved the spot.

Always run past this place and thought to finally give it a try to support the local restaurant in East York. The place was cozy, especially in the covered side patio space. The greeter was nice and friendly. Portion size was decent but the food lacked some “love” with more flavours needed (e.g., potatoes and omelette were not their best).

Grabbed early morning breakfast on the covered patio, which was quite lovely. Wasn't very busy and our server was very attentive and kind! Large portions at a very reasonable price. Food is nothing fancy, had diner type vibes, but was tasty and well cooked. I will definitely be returning!

First time here. It’s a classic neighborhood diner, a real gem in the east end. Service was good and quick, and all the components of our classic breakfasts (eggs, bacon, toast, home fries) were all great! Reasonable prices too. Will be back to try more of the menu.

I sheepishly admit I order delivery from Boca quite a bit - the quality is excellent and completely consistent, they accommodate reasonable requests (more of one thing, less of another) without issue, and the prices are great. Boca has taken over as my #1 breakkie place, and is definitely become a neighbourhood gem since opening.

Outstanding diner food. Eggs were perfectly cooked, potatoes were light, a little crispy and not greasy. Meat was well cooked. Whoever cooks here clearly cares about their customers.

I’ve been wanting to come here since forever and finally made the time with my husband and we could not be happier with our experience! We’ve been wanting a local place with yummy breakfast/brunch options and BOCA fits the bill. They have a menu that one could work through like a bucket list, plus they have a kids menu that is so affordable (and a colouring/activity page to boot!). Pricing is very reasonable, everything was cooked exactly as we ordered. I added a side of bacon which was perfection as well. Attentive service, clean and inviting seating indoors and all the condiments you’d ever need without having to ask for them.

I don’t know why all these negative reviews seem to be hell-bent on taking BOCA down, but they’re clearly fake and malicious. We didn’t see any hairs, rodents or pests and it’s clear that this restaurant is a community staple as evidenced by the steady flow of people we saw coming in at opening on the last Monday in August!

I’m excited to bring my kids here for a family meal sometime soon.

Go grateful to have this gem in our community. On top of having great breakfast options, their location is perfect. Across the street from our local park and skating rink, tons of residential parking and no other real sit-down breakfast options in the area. Support this local spot!

We absolutely love this restaurant in our neighbourhood. It’s so nice to be able to walk over on a Saturday morning and enjoy a nice breakfast with great prices so close to home. All my kids Love when I say we’re going to Boca
