This is from the ice machine that got on my pop cup, so i wiped it and got this disgusting mold. Asked 3 different people to clean the table and pop on the seat, cleaner demanded we move tables when we sat here for a reason to control an autistic young man. Manager is no help, head office better do something.

I come here often so I know they are super slow, but 25 minutes for a plain burger with cheese is just not acceptable. I have sat down and eaten at a restaurant in faster time than that. They need to staff more people during busy hours, cause theres no way im stopping in here ever again, unless I have the day booked off of work... Not to mention the food was not even fresh when I did get it. So very incredibly disappointing.

disgusting, can’t even eat the food half the stuff was wet ordered a burger was wet.. and cold just made me feel disgusting , spat it out after like 2 bites , poutine was disgusting , nuggets were terrible couldn’t even eat it im about to throw it out right now..

Had THE worst meal ever at a BK at this tired, dully-lit location. Fries were over cooked and semi-warm; the three onion rings were small, pathetic circles of flabby onions; however, the fish sandwich takes the prize. It was less than an ounce of dry mystery fish, coated crispy crumbles. Bun was semi-cold. This location is chronically under staffed and the new order kiosks don’t help. Best part of our visit was the employee on the counter. She was doing her best. She deserves a pay raise .

Parking: Entire store needs a refresh and more staff.

I preferred the option to order from a cashier. Unfortunately when I was last at this location it had added self service kiosks, while also taking away the option to order from the cashier. Now there is a plexiglass wall where the cashier was and a sign advising that you use the digital kiosk. I will not return here.

Available both inside and for takeout.
If you order takeout late at night, you will have to pick up your order at the drive-thru window.
If you order in-store, it's easy to use using the touch panel, and the staff will happily show you how to use it.
The taste is the same as when you eat it in Japan, but the menu is so varied that you want to try it all.
