Updated review: This location is terrific. Connie is still wonderful. So is Minda. There were only the two working last week in the morning, and they both were so friendly and efficient. It's just a great location.
This is a terrific Burger King location - one I make a point of visiting, even though others are closer for me. One of the key reasons for this is Connie - she is so friendly and lovely. She helped me with my order, and chatted with me while it was being made. Food is always fresh; prepared quickly. Thanks, Burger King!

They acted unfairly (racist) and refused to hand over my Uber delivery pickup. They claimed it was because I didn’t have a bag, even though I had a car and they have given orders to other drivers in the past without any issue.

This Burger King at 1068 Pape Avenue repeatedly leaves piles of garbage on the sidewalk behind the store, attracting raccoons and skunks and leaving litter scattered across the area. The attached photos were taken on multiple different days, showing that this is an ongoing issue — not a one-time occurrence. I’ve contacted Burger King Canada several times and was told the franchisee would address it, but the problem has persisted for weeks. It’s unsanitary and shows a complete lack of respect for the neighbourhood. Very disappointing to see a major brand ignore such basic cleanliness standards.

I've been coming here for a while and lately I have noticed the staff shortage. I can't imagine how 2 people can manage to run the shop by themselves or how management is ok with it?! The staff is doing there best to work the different stations and tasks,but the front where the customers eat is a disgusting and gross! I get that being short staffed the employees can't get a chance to clean up or even see from the vantage point because of the online purchase stations and I want to reiterate how can management be ok with only 2 people on site. I wish customers would have home training and clean up after themselves instead of assuming the staff will take care of it.
Everything here is consistently fresh, and the staff are always welcoming and kind. Definitely one of the better Burger King locations! 🙂

Why the low rating despite the individual categories being reasonably high? Because this place is CHRONICALLY short staffed. The employees do all they can and remain pleasant and professional, but having 3 people work a dinner rush on a Wednesday - their busiest day - is penny wise and pound foolish on the owners behalf. Poor employees have a lot of angry customers to deal with because it isn’t uncommon to have to wait 10-15 mins for your food. This is the norm here as they’re never sufficiently staffed.
Also it’s obvious there’s a lot of BS reviews padding this score.
The food is on par with any other BK and it’s clean, but the owner has to realize skimping on staff is bad business.
