Not sure what's going on but my recent experiences haven't been great here. I have ordered here many times and it's always been delicious but I ordered a couple days ago and my 'medium' spiced aloo saag (potato spinach) was so damn spicy I couldn't eat it. They were kind enough to replace it but then my roti was all saag with 2 small pieces of uncooked potato. And the roti itself was quite tiny looking in comparison to all the other times I've ordered.

Maybe they have new kitchen staff, maybe they're cutting their portion sizes but now I'm not sure I'll go back. What a shame.

I ordered lamb korma, and it was not korma sauce at all😠No nutty or creamy flavor. It tasted like tomato.

Very low on meat portion and even the naan they don't even get you a full piece for an order

Horrible experience ordered butter chicken with garlic naan on a promotional deal and they gave me a piece of chicken a 2 small pieces of naan. The most horrible restaurant I have ever had in my life.

Salha is a great server. Asked me how I enjoy my meal, then we had great conversation. His co-workers were also very nice.

"I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Butter Chicken Factory. Despite placing an online order and arriving promptly at the designated pickup time, I was shocked to discover that my order had not even been started.

The staff seemed unaware of my order, and the chef only began preparing it upon my arrival, causing an unnecessary delay. This lack of preparation and organization reflects poorly on the restaurant's management.

Furthermore, when my order finally arrived, it was disappointingly lackluster. The chicken curry was bland and lacked the rich flavors I expected, while the roti stale and cold.

Overall, my experience with Butter Chicken Factory was a complete letdown. The lack of attention to detail and quality control is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience."

Really good samosas and chaat. Veg samosa is the best you can get around.

Yesterday we ordered paneer butter massala , one of the worst paneer butter masala I have ever eat , you can see water in gravy, any first time cook could make it better than this by simply following youtube

Clown stuff. This place can't even tell when they're open or closed. Don't pay through an online system, or you might get your money stolen because they don't tell Google when they're closed.

Oh gosh, I drive out of my way to purchase this delicious food! I love the menus and my favourite which is Saag Paneer, Butter Chicken Masala and the fabiulous samosas plus the amazing mango lasi!

Vegetarian options: Love my saag paneer, the cheese and spinach is the very best!

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant's accessibility is planned.
