Discovered "C Market European Deli" while walking the Danforth one evening (with a detour along Pape) and getting really thirsty (it was a hot day). Thinking the shop was closed (it was dimly lit), I was pleasantly surprised when I pushed on the door and it opened. Inside, it had all the trimmings of a good Balkan delicatessen. I was able to find 3 bottles of my favourite mineral waters from the former Yugoslavia: Sarajevski Kiseljak (Bosnia), Knjaz Miloš (Serbia), Radenska (Slovenia). Like 3 friends, these 3 bottles stood together at the check-out. With a smile, the cashier checked me out, and my adventure on the Danforth / Pape continued. Hvala lepo!
Great deli and more. I always go there for their cold-cuts and breads, plus much more.
Very rude customer service, and the second time coming here I was blatantly ripped off. Bought 5 lepinja, charged me $14.99 when they were supposed to be $1.49 per piece. Also bought Kajmak. I didn't check the receipt until I got home. I just figured the cheese was hard to find so it may have been more expensive.
My favourite place for čevaps, burek, kremsnita and pop
Best smoke ribs and sourcrout.
Very well stocked store, decent prices and friendly staff.
Bad customer service. They say hello and thank you only to customers that they speak their language. Rude behavior.
Nice little European deli!
Wow! I highly recommend the somun bread (aka lepinja). Incredibly soft, fluffy and chewy. As good as Somun Superstar in the beaches. Available only on the weekend.
Amazing cute store. You can find Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian food there. Love it! ❤️❤️

The customer service is plainly awful. After going in several times, no hello, no smile. Your purchase is thrown at you along with your receipt. They need a new cashier, preferably someone who likes to interact with people. I know in some eastern European countries this is the service standard but not here in Canada. This is unfortunate because they have delicious deli items.
