All of the staff at this bakery are absolutely delightful and pleasant! The atmosphere is welcoming which is always much appreciated! Henceforth, I would highly recommend this location to anyone within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). 😊
Charmaine Sweets is clean and tidy, though the tables are quite close together and the seating area feels a bit jam-packed. Still, we were able to find a table without much trouble. The pace of service is quick, and the staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with.

What really threw me off is that they don’t allow laptops at all and there’s no Wi-Fi. I completely understand having no-laptop zones or certain hours to keep the space balanced for everyone, but banning them entirely just feels unreasonable and more like poor customer service.
