We went to Cheffy's in East York on a whim, and it blew us away so much, we had to go back the very next day! That’s how incredible the food is. It’s not often you find a spot where every single item hits it out of the park, but Cheffy’s did exactly that.
The Tandoori Burger was hands-down the best burger I’ve ever had, juicy, flavorful, with that smoky tandoori kick that makes every bite unforgettable. The crispy fries that came with it were perfection, golden, crunchy, and addictive.
Then there were the Tandoori Momos packed with flavor, beautifully spiced, and grilled just right. And the Kathi Roll? Absolutely next level. Soft, flaky paratha wrapped around a delicious, well-seasoned filling, I’d go back just for that.
Cheffy’s is an absolute gem. If you're anywhere near East York, don’t miss this place. We’re already planning our third visit!

What a find in the heart of downtown. Lunch today was exceptional. The wild boar pasta was so flavourful and fresh. The Molten cake dessert was divine. You can taste the quality and experience of chef in every bite.

The best Kurkure Momos I’ve had in a long time. Super crispy outside and full of flavour inside. The Chicken Jalapeno Tikka was juicy, spicy, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the marinade. The white pasta was creamy, smooth, and very comforting. Not too heavy, just perfect.
Great food, great taste, and totally worth it. Definitely coming back again.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! COLD FOOD & LOUD MUSIC. I would’ve given no stars based on my experience. We order 1 chicken Kathi roll and 1 paneer tikka Kathi roll. The first roll comes out and we confirmed with the server what the dish was. He mentioned it was chicken, weirdly 1 roll was panner and 1 roll was chicken(each dish comes with 2 rolls) instead of both being chicken. We addressed this issue to the staff and the owner. The owner was extremely unprofessional where he didn’t even allow us to communicate the issue. We received another dish which was incorrect as well. The staff and owner were not apologetic at all. The place has such loud music which makes it so difficult even communicate. We would have requested atleast 4-5 times to put the volume low but was still the same. The owner neglected the problem instead of solving it and kept asking us how our rest of the food was. Completely shocked with the customer service and negligence. Compensation was provided but didn’t expect this experience. NEVER GOING BACK

A great spot for comfort Indian street food! The space is casual and has a street food vibe with picnic tables, string ceiling lights, and street art on the walls. I tried the chicken Momo platter, shahi paneer bites, Afghani chicken tikka, and dahi bombs- all cooked to perfection, flavourful, fresh, and fantastic. The momos were my absolute favourite! Mango and sweet lassi was great, too.

I’ve visited Cheffys twice and really enjoyed both times. The tandoori momos, butter chicken poutine, and Afghani kathi rolls are full of flavor and feel nostalgic. The service is friendly and fast, and parking is easy, which is convenient. The cozy, artsy vibe makes it a great place to hang out with friends/family.

Ordered at 1 AM when only a few restaurants were open, and chose this place hoping for a good meal — what a letdown. The white sauce pasta was undercooked, hard to chew, and loaded with chili flakes to the point of being unpleasant. Both the chili gobi and pasta had almost no gravy, making them dry and disappointing. To make it worse, they forgot to include the Coke I paid for. Totally not worth the money or the wait.
