I have only ordered takeout from China Food, so I am not sure about the in-house dining experience. But the food is delicious, the portions are generous, and you can't beat the prices. I am also happy to support a local business that is a long-time member of the community. This type of local family business is on the endangered list in Toronto, and I plan to enjoy their food for as long as I can.
Had a craving for Chinese food, and this place satisfied that craving. Called ahead and ordered the dinner for 2 and a side of chicken wings. I was told 25 mins, and by the time I got there, it was ready waiting for me. The wings were that taste I remembered as a child. It’s a hidden gem, from outside it may not look fancy or modern but the food and service is certainly incredible. I called 20 minutes before closing and they still accepted my pick up order. The food that followed was an incredible Singapore style noodle dish! And the price, also unbeatable in an economy where you don’t see a place like this anymore; and portion size was also a 10/10.
