I just received my Uber eats order for a burrito bowl with no rice just the protein and vegetables. I ordered the Barbacoa beef and black beans. There was maybe 2-3 beans and I honestly couldn’t even find any beef. I thought at first the onions were beef, but then after looking at it more, it was just onions. I can only eat protein, and they literally didn’t even give me the protein that I needed in my meal.

They were very cheap and took one portion of meat and split it between two people. I got barely any meat and rice in my bowl. I got about one and a half spoons of rice and barely a spoonful of the meat. The also forgot to put lettuce in the other bowl. Server didn’t listen and put brown rice instead of white. Not worth going. Never going back either.

This chipotle is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my 21 years of living and going to chipotle. Unfortunately this is the closest one to me but having to deal with the rude staff makes me not want to go there. I go out of my way to the further one just to avoid the staff. The Filipino manager to be specific. He’s rude, has attitude and I know from friends and family I’m not the first one to experience this. It’s very disappointing because I love chipotle. He charges for things that other chipotles I’ve been to do not charge me for. It’s ridiculous I feel like I’m getting scammed. Please chipotle train your employees at this location better and make sure that your prices are accurate and I’m not getting charged for things I should not be. I am a loyal customer and I love your food so much but this location really makes me not want to come.

By far the worst customer service ever. Never going back to this place. Manager is a complete jerk.
I asked for my burrito toasted and was refused.
When I asked why. Manager gives me some kind of bs excuse of cross contamination. Then tells me to take or he’s going to throw it into the garbage.
Then I pressed him to toast my burrito again he says he won’t do it under any circumstances
Last time I checked I was paying customer.
He definitely need to be spoken to regarding his customer service skills. Cause he has none.

Whoever worked tonight, I wanna ask do you think this is worth 25$??? I mean this look like someone already ate half of it, it was cold and wet, I could tell you guys were just closing because honestly? What a complete joke. And no refund either. Thanks guys keep up the great work 👍🏻

It's Chipotle so obviously it's not going to be five star but this one is particularly bad. It's run by teenagers so good luck. I'd avoid it at all cost

I order burrito and is not to bad, but, I tried better in other places. Here we have to pay for the guacamole and for the cheese, amd this is ridiculous, in the future, I will have to pay for the rice, for the beans and so on, lol.
The burrito was quite cold, no enough hot.

We were looking for food in the area and decided to give this place a try with our toddler. The staff were friendly and patient when explaining the options for ordering. They prepared a small side of rice for our toddler as he couldn't do a full meal, and they were kind about the mess he made while we ate there. The place was clean, and they immediately cleaned up the spot we ate as we left.
The tacos I ordered were fully loaded so the value was good. The food was delicious.

We'll definitely come again.

I recently visited this Chipotle location and was very disappointed with the customer service. The staff at this location seemed irritated and unfriendly while we were ordering. You could see it in their expressions and the way they interacted with us. Good customer service plays a big role in the overall dining experience. We pay for our food and deserve to be treated with respect. Basic politeness should be the minimum standard—without it, there’s little reason for customers to return.
