Branded themselves as around canadian but 2/3 of products are from US
I would give 5 stars to the staff—they were very friendly and attentive, which made for a welcoming experience.
The ambience was convenient and cozy, making it a comfortable spot to grab a bite after grocery shopping.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations. We ordered the Swiss burgers, which were dry and lacked quality in both taste and ingredients.
Food exceeded my expectations considering it cost $12. You need come come here for the VIEW. Where else can you eat lunch while people AND produce watching? It’s a treat.
They just need to learn how to wipe down the tables and check in on their guests, especially when there’s only 3 ppl here.
Chowder was water and oil basically.
Nice concept though.
My friend and I had lunch here for the first time. We were both unaware that the restaurant existed, finding it by happenstance.
It's located on the second floor of Longos, accessible by elevator or stairs. Nice atmosphere. Quiet, great place to go with friends, where you can easily hear the conversation.
Food service and options were simple, but very good. Nice selection of beverages, wine and beer. Everything was very reasonably priced.
We each had the mushroom soup, which was a bit on the sweet side. We then shared the charcuterie and cheese plate. I wish there was another type of salami on the platter vs the low quality proscuitto that was offered.
I would recommend some advertising to increase occupancy/usage of the restaurant.

A group of 12 of us came for lunch after a walk. The place was open & airy and everyone loved their meal and beverages (especially the broccoli & cheese soup). I had a build your own pizza and it was great and only $12. All of the prices were very reasonable. Dennis was a phenomenal server (but could have had help as there were at least 8 other guests and he was the only one on staff). The only complaint one person had was that the salad dressing did not properly come out of the container and kept spraying everywhere but her salad. Once she received a new salad dressing things worked well. I will definitely be back.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the second floor over the store and there is an elevator for anyone who wanted to use it.

Karen is an amazing, wonderful server. So knowledgeable and service with a smile. Adore her, she's great. ? Had delicious chicken wings, oysters & beer on Thursday quite a few months ago & still remember how tasty everything was.
Good food at reasonable prices. My only criticism is you have to completely exit the store again to get a cart if you want to do any grocery shopping at Longo’s but it’s a minor inconvenience there’s no easy solution for.
Sadly it is closed due to covid, but when open it is a hidden gem of a restaurant. Good burger, salad, and steak sandwich. The pizza is also great. Situated in Longo's renovated historic building, it is a unique experience.
Great food

A great place to get a meal off the menu or from the prepared food section of Longos. Compliment the meal with drinks from the bar. All served by friendly and attentive staff. Portions are sized for sharing or if you're hungry they will fill the void.Free wifi.
I eat there once or twice a week with my team. We love the food, drinks, and staff!!!
Incredible value but servers are overworked and the atmosphere is to be desired. More staff, dinner lighting, and some background music would help a lot.
Very good great food we had here
Cheap and cheerful lunch....servers are always very pleasant.
