Great cookies fresh and delicious. Aria and DJ are both amazing, exceptionally friendly with a great attitude as well as super welcoming. How ever several of the other staff seem super miserable and rushed customer service can be improved greatly.

They are pretty good cookies! If you're a cookie fan, they are soft and chewy and have great flavors. Are they comparable to other gourmet cookie shops? Probably for the price, yes. But I didn't find anything super exciting about their offerings, pretty standard stuff. They are very fresh, and the staff is extremely friendly.

Some of the best cookies in Toronto are made at Craig's. Consistently a terrific experience for me. I appreciate that they usually have vegan cookies in stock for my kid's allergies. The people working here are usually pretty terrific too.
