We had Diamond for a family lunch recently. I’m giving it a 4/5. I knew going in it was going to be hole in the wall type of food. So for that it exceeded my expectations. We ordered over $100 of food and it was all ready to go on time. The staff were helpful in packaging everything up properly. The food was hot and the group was happy with it. I understand a lot of people frequent the joint. Personally, I don’t crave this and won’t be including it in my regular rotation of food options.

There must be new owners now. Because, the sweet and kind lady at the counter is gone. One of the cooks had no gloves on and touched raw beef patties. And didn't wash his hands. Disgusting. I will never order here again.

We order food for delivery......the BBQ rib sub was sauce absent the onion rings were cold the poutinne was dry with basically no gravy , when we call to complain about the food the lack of costumer service absent just like the flavor of their food .Sad to see a staple of the community go down the drain

This place handles food in an absolutely disgusting and unsafe way. They don’t wear gloves, there is no hygiene, and they completely ignore the health of customers. A place like this should be shut down immediately. Nobody should eat here — it is unsafe, unhygienic, and irresponsible.

Diamond doesn’t give a damn for their customers. They don’t acknowledge any review on here. Diamond used to make the best lasagna and spaghetti. I bought a lasagna recently and it was disgusting. The quality and taste have vanished but you’ve raised the price. I am so disappointed and I will never walk in their business again. 👎

Terrible service, i ordered delivery and the driver decided not to bring the machine with him and then got mad at us like it was our fault and once we called the store we got told we have to have a credit card in order to pay through the phone and threatened to not be allowed to order from them again
Don't get burekas it's a panzerotta with plain cheese and potato no flavor weird totally not a bureka and large poutine just gravy and cheese i literally live around the corner when I moved here 18 years ago was great then slowly getting sad quality gone down I no longer eat here tonight just wanted abit of food to add on but again so sad and disappointing will continue with others and mr tastys is my replacement and has been for a long time now
