I recently visited this eggsmart restaurant, and honestly, I was very disappointed. Compared to other eggsmart places I’ve been to, the quality here feels much lower. The presentation of the dishes was poor and lacked attention to detail.

One of the most frustrating things was that several items mentioned in the menu — like fruit sides or small complements — were completely missing from my order. Not only was this misleading, but it also made the meal feel incomplete. The menu and its pictures clearly show these items included, but they simply weren’t served.

The food quality was not up to standard. It felt like the ingredients were cheap, and there was no real care or effort from the kitchen in how the food was prepared or presented. Honestly, it feels like the chef is cutting corners rather than trying to provide a proper experience for customers.

I’ve had eggsmart experiences elsewhere that are far better in terms of food quality, presentation, and attention to detail. This place has potential but definitely needs serious improvements in service, food quality, and delivering what’s promised on the menu.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers expect what they pay for.

Seems like a little family business. I give two because I haven't had issues here before, but today, myself and my kids sat there for close to half and hour stuffed in a little type corner without water, juice, coffee. Not having been spoken to or acknowledged. I think the place is just owned by a couple, he cooks, she waitresses. Their child was there hanging out. It's busy on Saturday. They need to stop being cheap and hire someone pt for weekends. It wasn't like we didn't ask. We stood up. We made eye contact. We raised our hands. She gave us the one sec gesture, but we watched for half an hour other people being seated placing orders, getting water until my kids got bored and we went to timmies next door. Very annoyed. The people beside us crammed into the same order were helped. Nothing to do with the spot going unnoticed. HIRE SOMEONE. YOU ARE ALWAYS BUSY AND YOU CAN AFFORD IT.

Tried the Santorini Scrambler on my first visit to Egg Smart. While the ingredients sounded fresh and flavorful—tomatoes, red onions, peppers, capers, Kalamata olives, spinach, and feta—it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The flavors didn’t blend as well as I hoped, and it felt a bit heavy for my taste at 970 calories. That said, the service was excellent—the waitress was friendly and attentive, which made the experience better overall 😊

Great breakfast! The potatoes were crispy and fresh and the bacon was great, I've been coming here for years now and it's consistently good ! The service is always fast and friendly.

Food wasn’t all that good for me wasn’t horrible but yeah The way they had our food prepped on plates felt like if they were rushing and tossing food on their as if they didn’t care The tables and chair didn’t seem to clean saw few crumbs on seat didn’t felt comfortable sitting There most likely won’t be coming back to that location heard the other ones are better

The service time was pretty quick and the server was very polite. Everything was extremely sanitary and the new design is quite comfortable and a nice atmosphere to enjoy. The food was delicious, classic homey breakfast. I had the hazelnut banana waffles and my dad had the beef barbacoa benedict. Overall great time and food.

Went to Eggsmart 19th Nov. 2024 at 6:58 am, was the very first customer. I have been here before and am generally happy with the service. But this time, something surprising happened, I specifically told the server I would like to have the 9 before 10 deal ( 9 dollars for a breakfast before 10 am).

I placed one order for Western style sandwich and replaced the coffee with green tea.

The second order was an omelette, and my dad wanted veggies and I asked her if we can have a veggie omelette instead, to which she nodded, we also replaced the Homestyle fries with French fries, she didn't mention that it would be an extra charge, but I asked her and she said it would be $1 extra. Also I asked her if we could have the turkey bacon for the protein which comes part of the 9 dollar deal, she nodded

Fast forward, we get the food on table and got done with eating.

And guess what, the final bill appeared and was very surprising, so instead of 9 + 9 + 1 = 19 before tax, it was a 36 dollar before tax. Upon asking the server said that because I asked for onions in my omelette it is not covered under the 9 dollar deal and so instead of adding an extra charge for the onion she billed each and every item separately and instead of an under 20 dollar breakfast for two people I ended up paying close to 40 dollars, double of what I expected to pay

Very disappointed and sad.

Sunday brunch time. I was shown to a table with dishes on it. Dishes were cleared but table wasn’t wiped down. It was 20 minutes until my order was taken. Another 15 minutes until I got a cup of coffee. I asked for water. I never got it. Time ticked by and ticked by. Food came eventually. Time ticked by. More coffee came after I waved down the waitress and asked for it. Time ticked by. I tried to catch the eye of the waitress (who often was nowhere to be seen). I called out as the waitress walked by “Can I please have my bill?” It was 1h and 45min before I finally went to the cash and asked for my bill and paid it. This is the second time I’ve had a similar experience at this location. Does the franchisee think that profit can be made by sinfully understaffing the restaurant? Perhaps. But they are wrong.

90 minutes wait for eggs just to have the restaurant cancel the order. Guess the chicken wasnt laying the eggs today. Dont support this garbage company and specifically this location. Youve been warned.
