EDIT: We hadn't ordered for a while because of missed ingredients and wrong orders. This time, we called, and the lady said it would be just over an hour to accomodate many orders. No problem. After an hour and a half, called to see how things were going. I got hung up on. Called back, and was told the pizza was in the over, should be 10 minutes. A while later, we called again, and we were hung up on a second time. I called to cancel the order. It was almost two hours later. Never again. If i were rude, sure, I'll accept that. If we were far away, maybe the reasoning was accurate. We are a five minute drive away, and i was being reasonable. That's the end of that relationship! What a shame, we used to enjoy the pizza and lovely customer service. We order for our family from this location every Friday because the pizza is great, and the people who work there are so considerate and kind! We love this place. We appreciate the over-the-top excellent customer service and individual attention they give. Keep it up guys!!

I never tried Mamma’s Pizza before but I must say, change is always good. The taste and the options to customize your own pizza was amazing. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful to create my own style of pizza (spicy and delicious). I will definitely visit again with my friends.

Food showed up cold. Warmed it up in the oven, and it was disgusting. Will never order from the Bayview nasty Mamas store again. Mamas Pizza is a great chain, except for the bayview store. To bad.
