We happened to be in the area and saw the great reviews so decided to come. Absolutely delicious food. We had the chicken mandi mini, chicken was falling off the bone. Rice was sooo good with the hint of saffron. We also ordered the bamiyan - okra in a garlicky, rich tomatoey stew. Really enjoyed our meal. The thing that really stood out was they were serving free baklava to celebrate the announcement of the ceasefire in Gaza. What a beautiful thing to do. Also, in further solidarity, I noticed the BDS safe beverages. It's a wonderful thing when you can enjoy delicious food and feel good about the people serving it. I'll be back again when I'm in the area!

As expected, the food was pretty mid. The meat is super tender and juicy, but just a bit bland for my liking. I understand this is the cuisine, but I wish there was opportunity to customize the meal to make it more flavourful for the customer.

We ordered the Haneedh plate from the regular plate option and me and my husband both agree it looked like a mini plate. We ordered before 3 more times and the portions of the regular plates were more than enough for both of us. Really disappointed we used to love the food and the portions. Now we’ll always be hesitant before ordering. Food tasted delicious. Also was not worth 30+ CAD for this.

Mandi here used to be good, but recently when we went there the rice was not warm enough to eat, we had to tell them to warm it up. This happend to us again the next time too!

I took the Bamyeh as an entrée and took the Sea Brass or the King's Fish as a meal (not sure which 1). I couldn't finished my meal because the entrée was kind of heavy but it's actually good. 1st time trying Halal Yemeni food and I was amazed by their cusine. Since I was very full from the entrée, I took the rest of my plate for take-out. Finished it right away after 5-6 hours of drive in a different city! I will come back here if I have the chance
