This is a good location. The staff is professional and they always wear gloves. Tip: if you don’t like the pizza sauce, ask for the Marinara sauce that they use for the meatball subs…it’s much better.
Parking: Paid parking on both sides of Coxwell until 21:00 (after that, it is free).

Ordered steak and cheese with lots of veg and sauce, came absolutely tasteless with a tiny amount of micro sliced veg, good amount of tasteless beef, its NOT steak. Sooooo tired of owners who only want to get rich and rip the customers off!!! NEVER AGAIN,

Visited Mr. Sub today, and it was awesome! The place feels really comfy. Staffs working there were super friendly and everything’s really clean and refreshing. Always loved it over subway. They’ve got these delicious subs, Tried their Canadian Club and the whole vibe is just perfect. Definitely my go-to spot...!!

Honestly, I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Mr. Sub here today. I usually enjoy going to Mr. sub over Subway because I find the quality is usually better but not today. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was very mushy and pasty. The veggies were very thin and looks like they were sitting since yesterday. The bread was very thin. Everything slid right off the sandwich, and the bread wasn’t cooked very well. it was still very doughy. I sat in to eat the sandwich. The employees never even gave me napkins. I couldn’t eat the sandwich. I ended up throwing it out and I left then I went to the gyro next-door. so much better quality of food for a fraction of the cost. I got a gyro with fries and a Coke for $12. I definitely won’t be back here.
