Bonnie made beautiful, delicious cupcakes that were enjoyed by all of our partygoers, ages 1 to 90! She was very responsive, and was able to fulfill an order in a fairly short time frame. I will absolute order from Nom Nom Nom Cupcakery again!

Ordered from this place for a birthday and cake was great. Ordered a 2 tier cake that was baked perfectly with the perfect amount of sweetness and also the 2 orders of mini cupcakes made me wish I had ordered more. 5/5

I planned a baby shower in December, three days before the party our cake decorator got Covid and cancelled our order. Nom Nom Nom jumped in to help me. The amazingly friendly owner took pity on me and my situation and made us 2 dozen AMAZING mini cupcakes. Everything was perfect. Exactly what I asked for. They were a huge hit. I couldn't be more thankful for small businesses that go the extra mile. Thank you for saving us and making sure the mom to be had sweets at her party.

We still have record of the correspondences back then. We really couldn't retrieve if personally because we have left the city since. Honestly, if you had replied to us with a solution (e.g. charging us the stand fee or reimburse you for your trouble, we'd be happy to to do so). I’m sure everyone can imagine how crazy things can get on weddings. However I took away some stars to review strictly of our experience with her as our wedding vendor in April of 2019. During consultation, there was no issue or problem raised to our proposal, which is a big, roughtly 6" cupcake on the top of the cake stand, with regular cupcakes placed in the levels underneath. Which I can see from her other reviews that she was able to do.On the day of our wedding, she arrived about 40 minutes late, which I think is reasonable as delays are common on weddings. But when she set up the cupcakes, we were told that the cake stand cannot hold the 6"cupcake on top, something she had never mentioned before of even possible of happening, and it was therefore placed directly on the table unlike what we originally discussed and agreed. She did not ask the venue staff for a cake riser to raise it up a bit. We had to do the cake-cutting looking down at the table, which is terrible for photos and impossible for all the guests to see. Considering that we rented the cakestand from HER, and that she HAD done similar proposals before...I think the above instances are forgivable as things don't always turned out as planned perfectly, however what upsetted me was that she never apologized or spoke to us of the mishaps above. I think just a msg of apology from her would've prevented me from giving her 2 stars.I had been very hesitatant in writing this review because as I had said, her cupcakes are delicious, but it was still upsetting to remember the bad customer service experience we had, and I hope this honest review will help other brides/grooms-to-be to make an informed decision.

I had Bonnie design my semi naked cake and various cupcakes for my wedding. I showed her my dream cupcake tower and she was able to offer suggestions on how to perfect it. We went for a cake/cupcake tasting and I was able to customize the buttercream icing and cupcakes. I had the berrylicious and summerlove cupcakes. I also ordered the seasonal flavours- MANGO and PASSIONFRUIT!!! They were a huge hit at the wedding and the guests loved it!!! Bonnie is very easy to work with and she replies back promptly. Her prices were also very reasonable! Thank you Bonnie! We loved everything and we will order from you again!

Amazing cupcakes which taste as wonderful as they look! I ordered the mini-cupcakes with the berrylicious topping and it was a huge hit at my daughter's birthday party. The owner even created a special decoration with my daughter's name on it which made the day even more special.The company is very responsive (responds to email, text within a few hours). I highly recommend these cupcakes for people who enjoy high quality sweets.

I've ordered numerious times from here and all I have to say is WOW. Amazing flavors, real buttercream and very friendly owner. You get real desserts that are fresh and made to what you want. The taste is amazing compared to these higher end dessert places. And she's very flexible with times after business hours for delivery and rates are priced very well! I'll continue to order from here after wanting more seeing her instagram page and the amazing work she does! Big thumbs up!
