I ordered my pizza on Uber eats and this was the quality of the pizza I got. Completely destroyed. I can't believe I wasted my money

This is probably the hardest review I've written. I have wanted to eat a Papa Johns for ages. I finally had the chance while I was killing time. I ordered a large pepperoni with extra cheese. It was a cold, snowny night, which I thought was perfect pizza weather. I was especially excited for the Papa Johns garlic sauce that everybody raves about. There are 10 million youtube videos about making it home. The service at the restaurant was amazing. The staff was friendly and experienced. My order was made quickly, and when i opened the box, the pizza looked immaculate. Then I ate it. The crust was way too thick and doughy. The tomato sauce was flavorless red corporate machine lubricant. The pepperonis? Dare I call them that. The grocery store, no-name ronies have more flavor. Eating this pizza was like watching a 2020's Tom Hanks movie. You know what it should be! It was so amazing in the past. But this falls short and forgets what it was. Like a 2020's Tom Hanks movie. If i experience it again, it'll be because I was invited, and I'm relying on the company to make up for the deficit. ...I almost forgot. The famous garlic sauce that have people doing backflips? It tastes like unsalted butter with a tincture of garlic. Like....WTF?

I have experienced the most terrible customer service ever at this restaurant. Wouldn’t refund me after ordering to the wrong store. Called corporate who then told me to call the store back and speak to the manager. I called the store back and told the manager that I had called corporate and he had then proceeded to call me a liar because if I had called corporate, they would’ve called him. Ended up calling corporate again, who then called him Still wouldn’t refund me corporate had then told me that they will report the manager and will call me within 48 hours still haven’t received a call. Don’t think I will ever receive a call as this has occurred almost 5 days ago all this over $20 pizza when they could’ve just refunded me now my friends and family never plan on stepping foot in another Papa Johns.

I ordered last night pizza, I got it and started eating it. There was a long hair inside one slice and I accidentally swallowed half of the hair and I couldn’t take it out, and vomited right away, it’s disgusting. I would never go back to this place again. ?
The owner replied and thinks either I’m lying, I’m not too sure. But exact time yesterday 12:38am. I don’t have time to lie about anything. But there is someone with long hair, doesn’t mean there were there at that moment but even if the hair fall on the table where they made my pizza, the hair will go inside and I don’t have time to reply again since every time I see the pictures and the hair, I want to vomit ?
I can’t believe I haven’t tried this pizza before but I’m so happy I did few days ago. Their pizza is so chewy yet so delicious definitely going to order from here again ??
