Horrible customer service, lady does not bother to help you, only when they get negative reviews. owners replied and put the blame on my son, the pizza was very soggy the dough was still very soft and soggy and tasted undercooked, does not look like what is advertised do not order from here consider nearby pizza pizza or dominos instead.
I ordered through Uber they were quick but my order was lacking in toppings I order 2 pepperoni and Canadian bacon pizzas there is 0 toppings on these pizzas or very little

Don't order from here they skimp on the toppings and don't care! I ordered 2XL pizzas, each with three toppings, from this location and the experience was deeply disappointing. The pizzas arrived with an embarrassingly small amount of toppings, basically tasted like a cheese pizza and I paid extra for toppings for no reason. This is not what I expect from Papa John’s, especially given the price paid for 2XL pizzas with 3 toppings.
What made the situation worse was the response when I called to address the issue. The staff dismissively stated that they follow the Papa John’s standard rule of measurements, which felt like a canned excuse rather than a genuine effort to resolve the problem. I’ve ordered from numerous other Papa John’s locations and have never encountered such a blatant lack of toppings or quality control. This is clearly an issue specific to this location.
The lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge the problem is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better quality and service, especially when raising a legitimate concern. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in this location, and I will not be ordering from here again. Skimping on toppings and dismissing customer complaints is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the Papa John’s brand as a whole.
