I seldom give bad reviews but it was such a horrible experience that I had to post it. This is what I got when I requested beef stir fried with broccoli. Service was terrible, I asked the lady how long does it usually take for takeaway and she (rudely, not normally) responded it depends on what I get. After I ordered this, I received it in less than 10 minutes.
I think that speaks volumes, it looked and tasted like she’d just barely warmed up concoctions of items stored away. I was scared to eat it properly. It was an expensive(for the item and location) experience and the first thing I’ve purchased only to dump it in Canada.

I order from this restaurant on Uber eats all the time. I am obsessed with their beef pad Thai, and the hot and sour soup is the most delicious soup I have ever tasted. I wish I were a little less expensive. I am keen to try their pho next.

Love this spot. We have ordered different pho, spring rolls, red and green curry, pineapple chicken, spicy basil chicken, pad Thai… I must be forgetting some. Tonight we ordered delivery and when on the phone she said they have a special. Chicken balls. BEST CHICKEN BALLS EVER. Just say yes to the specials. Also say yes to everything else. The food here makes me happy.
If you’re a vegetarian- the lemongrass broth is heaven.

My family and I have been coming here since it opened. I think the pho here is the best I have tried in the city. Their broth stands out. The curries and the vermicelli bowls are also top picks here. We moved out of the neighbourhood a couple of years ago, but we come back here when we crave Vietnamese food as most other places just aren’t as good. Pho Challenge is a great family run restaurant.

Ordered a pad Thai from this place was absolutely disgusting. I would not eat it if my life depended on it. Furthermore, I called the restaurant To complain respectfully, and was met with nothing but hostility from this nasty old woman who says she’s the owner named Jenny.. She called my phone back three times threatening me harassing me and did not want to try to make the situation better. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Not only is the food horrible but the customer service is a disgrace, and I’m sure their kitchen is even worse by the presentation of their food. I think somebody needs to call the health board on this place if anything and the owner definitely should not be in business with the kind of attitude she has on her. Zero out of five stars absolutely horrible. Do not go to this place unless you like food poisoning!!! Disgusting!!

If your looking for good family restaurant this is the place. It’s clean, reasonable and the soup is always great. It’s definitely my favourite family restaurant.
I have been a big fan of the restaurant since they opened their first location on Coxwell. It's authentic Vietnamese food. But I don't think they handle food properly because of my recent takeout order. I found something that should be inside the vegetable. So, no more Pho Challenge for me.
