Hi there,
I asked 3 toppings pizza+ 1 toppings jalapeño. They got substituted jalapeño with tomatoes with I don’t eat at all and causes me allergy. I ordered it and even picked up by myself. The location is too far away from me. And I even can’t go back to order new one. This time I got disappointed so badly, as I always was ordering from them. Very bad!!! I don’t know what you can do for me but this is not customer service.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a simple side and waited for about 15 minutes, only to see that they just turned on the fryer after all that time. When I asked about the delay, the staff responded with complete rudeness and zero professionalism. I don’t expect this kind of service or attitude from any restaurant, and I definitely won’t be coming back

Went in today for a few slices. Guys in shop were cleaning up garbage from floor with bare hands and then proceeded to touch my food without washing or putting on gloves. Shame on the owner of this establishment for not having any hygiene protocols in place. Would never visit again and advise all to be very careful . Calling food safety to report as well. Disgusting

I just came from here. I ordered an extra large with extra cheese, ground beef, ham, Italian sausage, green peppers, and onion. As I am eating it, I realize that there is no ground beef or ham. This is something that is upsetting as the server read off the ingredients back to me. He said that it would be 15 minutes, so I left and came back shortly after, upon returning the employees were huddled, speaking in their native language looking at me, none of which made me think suspicious until I realized the error. My problem is to take pride in what you do, if you made an error, be honest and own it. Now I will leave a review that will affect your reputation, and I will take my business to your competitors. Shameful and sad...
