Not great tea, cheap on tapioca, obnoxiously loud music, staff are kind.
I do not know if its stupidity, ill-knowledged staff, or company corporate idiots to give this straw to pull tapioka/ fruit from a slush. Really annoying.

Very clean store 👌 and staff were super friendly! We ordered so many drinks but the staff made it really fast! Amazing store, definitely would reccomend it.
On both the official website and outside the store it says open at 9:30am but after arriving at 9:45am the doors were locked. Only on Google Maps it says 10am but the official website should be the official source, not social media.

My boyfriend and I, we are almost regular customer. I always order mango slush with lichhi jelly and boba. This time I ordered same but i got without jelly and boba was hard to chew. My juice was tasteless.
They always make my drink just the way I want it. Fresh press watermelon juice ❤️
The quality control here is awful. Is this really the bubbletea chain I know? Why is the mango sour... this is bubbletea that will only hit the spot of you're miserable

The Mango slush and Pina Colada slush were delicious! Very nice staff :)
I went to buy a smoothie and paid with a $100 bill, but the staff said they didn’t have change. I found it quite frustrating that a store wouldn’t be prepared with sufficient change, especially for such a common bill. They kept asking if I had a card instead. I’m quite certain they must have had change in the cash office. Overall, it was a disappointing and inconvenient experience.
