Rise & Dine Eatery Toronto

Stopped by Rise and Dine in Toronto and tried the $9.99 Early Bird Special with a coffee. First off, the coffee was a major letdown — $3.25 for a basic cup that wasn’t anything special. Honestly, Tim Hortons or McDonald’s would’ve been cheaper and better tasting. As for the breakfast, it was just okay. The eggs had an odd sweet taste and weren’t very enjoyable — I couldn’t even finish them. We spent $32.99 for two Early Bird meals and coffees, and frankly, it didn’t feel worth it. Mediocre food, overpriced coffee — Won’t be back.

George was an exceptional server! Good menu and nice place.

Had a delicious breakfast. Our server, George was attentive and very helpful. He made our time there very enjoyable. This is a neighbourhood gem.

Second visit to dine in at this restaurant. I order from this restaurant on Uber eats more than a few times. Have had no complaints about the food from here. Particulary, service was not good on this visit. A tall white male who didn’t greet us with his name. After he took our order he made a scarcastic remark by Thanking us for not making our order too difficult because we substituted two items on the tag team menu option. He did not check in on us after giving us our food in fact to grab his attention to ask for more items was a daunting task because he rarely looked up at his other tables. I was with my daughter for a mother daughter breakfast outing. She asked for a to go container he brought us a dirty already used one. Overall was a terrible experience and put a bad vibe on this place for us. We live close by this was going to be our regular spot. Disappointed. I still tipped because overall the food was good and I like this place but I didn’t like this experience.

Just wanted a quick breakfast with my best friend so we decided to try this place for the first time. The price is decent and you get a decent generous amount of food with it, can't complain at all about that! Decor and atmosphere feels dated in a good way, the place is well kept and clean, Nice service as well. Thank you!

This eatery has been our favourite since we discovered it a year ago.

I would say this is a must visit for someone who enjoys their breakfast.

Our favourite is the sweet potato fries with their dip!
