TSIPOURO MAKEKONIAS
Almopia is a region with a long tradition and culture in the distillation of tsipouro.
A unique type of grape known only to this area called amasi (or opsimo Almopias) gives Tsipouro Arhontiko its high alcohol content, which is the reason for its excellence in the distillation process.
The pomace grape is white and suitable for wine making. The distillation takes place in small copper stills by Melissanidi family, producing the Makedonian Tsipouro Arhontiko.

This rosé is crafted from the native Cretan varietals Kotsifali and Mandilaria. You will find it to be a bright, lifted wine, with red fruit, sour cherry and minerality. It'll be great with charcuterie.

The Cretan raki, originally called tsikoudia in Crete, is the same in production and taste as tsipouro, the pomace brandy known in Greece. Raki is the drink served on Crete on almost every occasion. The Domaine Skouras was established in 1986. Over the years, it has created a disciplined, innovative and serious wine-producing presence. The company owns two wineries in the Peloponnese, in the well-known region of Nemea. Owner George Skouras studied wine making in Dijon, before returning and dedicating himself to exploring the potential of the famed Agiorgitiko grape.
The colour is bright white-yellow, with green hues. The nose is complicated and the wine smells fresh flowers, hints of squashed blossoms and fruit aromas such as avocado. A relaxed pace and luxurious texture gives flavors of orange and lemon blossom and touches of jasmine and mint. In the aftertaste, the acidity travels across the palate for a clean extended finish.

The colour is brilliant, medium-strength violet with pink hues. On the nose it is vivid and intense with aromas of black cherries, blackberries, hints of plums, violets and dried herbs. On the palate it has medium body, moderate acidity with smooth tannins – all in harmony. The aftertaste is moderate with a gentle note of anise seed.

The Domaine Skouras was established in 1986. Over the years, it has created a disciplined, innovative and serious wine-producing presence. The company owns two wineries in the Peloponnese, in the well-known region of Nemea. Owner George Skouras studied wine making in Dijon, before returning and dedicating himself to exploring the potential of the famed Agiorgitiko grape.
The colour is bright white-yellow, with green hues. The nose is complicated and the wine smells fresh flowers, hints of squashed blossoms and fruit aromas such as avocado. A relaxed pace and luxurious texture gives flavors of orange and lemon blossom and touches of jasmine and mint. In the aftertaste, the acidity travels across the palate for a clean extended finish.

I accidentally got in the bakery while searching for treats for daughter’s birthday. The bakery set up and atmosphere is so nice. Even service so good. Purchased some coke (like donuts) and biscuits. Both kids and adults like them. Many people asked me about bakery. I will keep visiting them. Missed tasting coffee, next I will definitely try it.

absolutely love this bakery!!! excellent food and service!! I shop there almost on a weekly basis - i buy the bread (baked there) and their quality is great!! i have gone to many other bakeries and as I buy the bread for my mom (93 years old) she know her bread and she loves select bakery's bread!!! thank you for being a place of quality in a world where it is difficult to find!!!
