I ordered a cake for my baby girl baptism last weekend and they messed up my order. I was supposed to get pink mixed with purple colour cake but received a blue cake. It ruined my celebration. I’m so upset. When I set a complaint email, no body responded. At least take responsibility and apologize for your negligence.

Came here on a bakery tour and got a selection of cake slices. (Oreo, Tiramisu, Caramel & Mocha)
All the slices have been delicious. The cake is so light and airy, the butter creams and fillings used have all been delicious. It's crazy that such quality slices of cake are being sold at such an affordable price.
I will definitely be back again to try more.

We had ordered mango cake , what we had ordered less cream single layer and what we got was totally different , they didnt match our expectations , as cake tasted artificial mango flavor and mango pulp was missing as well, with excess cream in it and instead single layer cream there was double layer which was not part of order.

Always busy , always fresh , love the honey cookie the most , every time we go downtown we have to go to Serrano for yogurt , cheese , fresh baked bread and dessert . Well managed , well organized , well decorated and most of all friendly staff .
