I had a very disappointing experience with this place. Their service is extremely poor, and it’s clear they lack even the most basic customer service skills. Staff members seem uninterested in helping customers, and there is no sense of professionalism. The tall gentleman, who I believe might be the owner, behaves in an unacceptably rude and disrespectful manner towards people. Instead of addressing concerns or offering assistance, his attitude comes across as dismissive and unwelcoming. Overall, the experience left me feeling disrespected and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely Disgusted with the Service!

I had one of the worst dining experiences today at this so-called restaurant. The customer service was beyond terrible. The staff were unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and acted like they were doing us a favour by letting us eat there — as if we were eating for free!

They had zero manners, no greetings, no smile, and talked to customers in the most disrespectful way. They were giving nasty looks whenever we asked for anything. I felt completely unwelcome and insulted the entire time.

It’s shocking how a place like this is still running with such horrible behavior from staff. No hospitality, no courtesy — just arrogance and attitude. I came to enjoy a meal, not to be treated like a burden!

Never coming back again, and I will definitely warn others to stay away. Spend your money somewhere you’re treated like a customer, not like garbage.
