Honestly the food here tastes worse than the food court.
Dumplings are for sure frozen. The sweet and sour soup is pathetic as hell, the mushroom is raw.
Shanghai noodle is just salty... clearly the soy sauce is not cooked well.
The beef noodle is so salty.. like your grandma pissed in it. The vegs within are just too big, didn't even cut it.
Honestly, horrible. Recommend Shanghai360 from the food court.
By the way, the heat coming from the bottom of the seat, feels like a steam deck, eating like a roasted duck.

The food was mostly fine (nothing special; we had a piece of bone in a chicken dumpling, but that’s probably the supplier).
The service was abysmal. We order for delivery 4 hours in advance. The driver informed us that the restaurant was filling other pickup orders for the same items any deliberately delaying ours. I called the restaurant. They were incredibly rude and refused to give a timeline. I called back and someone else answered and assisted us within 5 minutes. Overall, my impression of this place is that they are disorganized, inefficient, and rude. It was a very regrettable experience.

We’d been curious about this restaurant for a while, so we finally decided to give it a try. It seems to cater more to locals, and overall, the experience was mediocre.
Our favorite dishes were the lettuce wraps with chicken and the crispy beef—both well-priced and enjoyable. The garlic shrimp and fried rice were okay; the shrimp had a nice garlic flavor but was a bit under-seasoned, so I had to ask for some salt.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

It was 27C outside, the restaurant was empty on a Thursday afternoon; yet, their AC broke and no fans to cool off the place. Felt like an oven inside. Don't order any deep fried battered food. All batter, dried up and no minimal meat.

The food here is delicious. Service excellent. Unfortunately they are infested with fruit flies. It makes the dining experience intolerable. One bite food, swat away flies and repeat. This is an easy problem to resolve. This is our third time here but won’t return as the flies are gross. Too bad.

Sorry, no photos. We tried their offerings for the first time this evening by Take Out. Let me just say that this is a step up from most Chinese restaurants catering to a North American audience. We substituted the shrimp in the Shanghai noodles with chicken and we were quite happy. The spring rolls were crispy and FULL of filling. Highly recommend. The crispy beef is one of the best we have had. Will try their dim sum next time.

What an adorable restaurant! We went for a quick lunch, because we heard that they serve celiac safe gluten free food. I was impressed by the variety of safe options. The lemon fish was too die for! Something I never get and now will be craving ?
Highly recommend and we will definitely be back on our next trip through Toronto!
