This 50s style diner is clearly a neighbourhood favourite. We came on a weekday for brekkie at 10am and it was busy. We quickly got a table and were pleasantly greeted and immediately brought coffee. Portion size was just enough and prices were reasonable. The turkey bacon was a little over done as were the breakfast potatoes. Maybe just an off day? I won't hold it against them. This is a cute diner. We came for brunch. My Salmon Eggs Benedict was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is an old-fashioned diner with matching decor, and the shakes look great. It was a fairly busy place.
My first experience was good, the milkshakes were great. Although, the pasta and pancakes were a solid 7/10. The atmosphere is so cute, and I love the retro feel. Coming the second time around was pretty disappointing. The service was not so great, the staff was inattentive and let the Uber eats device ring for at least 3 mins before it was turned off.
