1-cup hot water this branch on overlea charged me .20 cent.Other branch charge .10 cent.Even I speak to the head office, they inform me it should be .10 cent.Why this branch is charging me .20 cent.I concern is not about cents.My concern is rules and regulation.Why this branch is charging extra.Why.This is call CHEATING.

It's a fast food restaurant in the same line as all others, food and everything else is as it should be expected from a fast food place, nothing above the line of duty.

These people have zero customer service skills and no knowledge on how to run a fast food restaurant. The taste in food has gone down due to their incompetence and lack of culinary skills. They're just hiring anyone these days who want a job and provide terrible tasting food and a bad experience for the public. The employees need to straighten up and get their act together; that also includes the manager and the owner, who are inexperienced in this franchise. Lines are too long, food has changed terribly due to the employee's inexperience and they have no personality in treating their customers with a good experience. It's no wonder majority of customers are going to the Tim Hortons in the East York mall, cause these incompetant people don't know how to run a restaurant.

It’s not open 24 hours for all kinds of costumes services , it’s just for ” cars orders” after 10 pm, we don’t have a car,so they refuse to serve us food or coffee , they told us you have to have a car !!!?

This is my go to Tim Hortans. Its in a convenient spot right in front of the Mosque and a grocery store. The customer service differs sometimes but most of the time its not bad. The lines tend to get a little confusing and are not in the greatest of areas. Its that this Tims has a drive thru. Overall this is a really good location and its perfect for the Thorncliffe community. Thank you!
Usually buy ice coffee. Found that only this Tim filled the coffee like that. You should go to McDonald’s . $1 for any size.
I am compelled to share my recent experience at Tim Hortons located at 26 Overlea Blvd, which left me incredibly dissatisfied and frustrated. As a loyal customer who visits this particular branch every day, I have come to expect a certain level of quality and service. However, on my last visit, the staff's behavior and their mishandling of my order were nothing short of abysmal.To begin with, I ordered a cold brew, a beverage I enjoy regularly. Unfortunately, the staff managed to completely mess up my order. The cold brew I received was nothing close to what I had expected. It was watered down and lacked the rich flavor that I have come to appreciate. It was evident that the preparation of the drink was done carelessly, which was incredibly disappointing.What was even more disheartening was the attitude of the staff when I brought up the issue. Instead of offering an apology or attempting to rectify the situation, they became defensive and unprofessional. They outright denied any wrongdoing and even went so far as to exhibit rude and nasty expressions. Their behavior was not only uncalled for but also unacceptable in a customer service-oriented establishment.I believe that part of good customer service involves taking responsibility for mistakes and making genuine efforts to resolve them. However, the staff at this Tim Hortons branch seemed unwilling to admit any fault, which only exacerbated my frustration. Their defensive and unapologetic approach not only left a sour taste in my mouth but also undermined my faith in the brand as a whole.It is essential for any establishment, especially one as well-known and reputable as Tim Hortons, to maintain professionalism and provide quality customer service. Sadly, the staff at this specific location failed to meet these basic expectations.As a result of this experience, I am left with a negative impression of Tim Hortons at 26 Overlea Blvd. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the overall customer experience at this branch. Customers should not have to endure rude behavior and unprofessionalism when patronizing a well-established chain like Tim Hortons.I must say that this experience has left me questioning whether I should continue visiting this particular location, despite my daily routine. Tim Hortons' management should reflect on the importance of consistent quality and excellent customer service to ensure they retain loyal customers like myself.

Went in because I was hungry order chicken bowl cashier told me try the new bbq . I try didn’t like the rice and chicken but had the salad ….while waiting on my food saw the girl talking with worker over my food with a mask leaning over my food reaching things I told her about it and she was giving attitude and continued. After making my food she just rest it on the counter without giving it to me or saying anything that alone makeMe turn off from eating the food and had to throw it

They should keep 2 order receiver always as it’s busy. If u have enough time to waste then u could only go
If I have a zero option I will choose that for this Location. They have the disgusting service in the store. First I ordered a hazelnut cold brew which they inform me later that they do not have it also the bagel I ordered was not the same pattern and a total burnt scrap. They took almost 15 mins to cook and on top of it a burnt one.
Very big lines for drive through, big wait and most of the time i visit their coffee taste bad. Better improvement is needed from management.
