This a “lightly toasted” four cheese bagel. I waited in line ordered a hot drink a donut and bagel. This took more than 10 minutes. The guy that ordered after me in line got his things before me. They make a whole lot of hot drinks and have one person making the food. Instead of making a new one they gave me my money back
