Dropped in recently and the experience was pretty uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. There was a man sitting on the floor right in front of the entrance praying, which made approaching the door feel awkward and out of place for a coffee shop.
Inside, things weren’t any better. A large group was playing cards, and the staff seemed completely unaware of customers lining up. One employee was tied up with a customer slowly counting change but never acknowledged anyone else — not even a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment,” which is basic customer service.
The real issue is a lack of proper training: acknowledging people as they arrive, managing the line, and keeping the space comfortable for customers.
This is the final straw that makes me swear off Tim Hortons forever.

One of the best tim Hortons location i have ever visited with such a clean and hygienic location. There was a lady called Saima and she was so quick and humble. She made it so quick that after making a payment when I was putting the debit card in after making a payment I realized that my order was ready and she also explained me about the offers. Looking forward to visit again to a same branch. I would appreciate tim Hortons for hiring such a great staff like SAIMA.
