This Tim Hortons shop doesn’t disappoint in terms of their fast pace service without affecting the standard and quality of their products. I love how you can depend on them to get your day started and getting through your day effectively because they were able to serve you your morning coffee and favorite breakfast muffin in an efficient time possible. All the team members seem to have been trained to provide excellent customer service and experience.

One thing I really appreciated was how accommodating the manager was—always calm under pressure and clearly committed to great service. You could tell the team respected their leadership, and it showed in how well the store operated. A solid example of what good management can do!

Have been coming here for years before I go to work. Staff are very friendly and as quick as can be expected. They were all amazing during Covid as were most essential workers. Often having to tolerate obnoxious customers. Retired now but still enjoy the odd visit. Thank you !
