Tims usually differ at every location. This one is consistent. I always order ahead and when I get there the order is ready and is correct. food seems good and fresh. Some other places forget the modifications. They always nail it. That's all I ask of Tim's. Good job.

This specific location is our go-to place on Sunday mornings. Every staff member is efficient and always ready to serve with a smile. One particular person is AVNEET. She is very personable and good at remembering names and people’s orders - most especially those who come on a regular basis. The good customer service provided at this location is worth spending time to type this review for.
Bought ice capp & brookie which were both great but the service by Simran & Avneet were the best I’ve received from a Tim Hortons 💕 which is a big compliment as I go to one almost everyday lol

I ordered a coffee ☕️ and bagel 🥯
Due to the nature of my disability I requested my coffee to be double cupped to prevent injury and the cashier said that I had to pay for it (equivalent of the coffee $2.17) I actually had to tell the manager that as per the AODA and OHRC I had the right to use a second cup.
Coffee was nothing to get excited about as it tasted kind of watered down and the Bagel was barely toasted. I suggest that you get double toasting if you want any crunch.
I usually have a reusable cup but I didn’t that day because I had left it on my desk.
