i don’t come to this location too often mostly because it’s always a long wait time for times and the staff always to be unaware of what they’re doing whatever lady is working today around noon november 4 is out of her mind, i got a tea and a chai latte, she tried to charge me for a different latte that is a dollar more expensive than what i wanted and she told me it was the same price, removed that latte and then put the chai latte i wanted and said that it was different from i wanted originally and removed that from the order screen, and when i told her she had put it in right, she told me she was going to charge me an iced chai latte but make me the hot one,, for the love of god please train your staff members better before you leave them alone
