I went to grab coffee around 9.20pm on sep 03/24 and the worker there just told me that they are close while online it said they closes at 10pm. I drove all the way to grab coffee but had a really bad experience. The lady already cleaned up and was ready to go.

Just got a medium icecap with whipped topping. I forgot to note the name of my server but she did an amazing job. My drink was topped to the brim with whipped topping and delivered with a genuine smile because she knew she did great. Thank you again for making my day.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Service from older Indian woman terrible and coffee was awful as I order the way I do at every other tims multiple times a week and got a sugar bomb, supposed to be 1 sugar!!! I complained to her and asked her to remake it with no sugar to which she rudely replied no she couldn't as I ordered it tbat way, I explained your Machine needed service as was not putting correct amt in and she was even more disrespectful and without apologizing or saying anything grabbed it back and dumped it. Made new and practically threw it at me . I have called Tim's customer service as there is no mgr there to speak to and still waiting for a call back! Would never happen at Starbucks. Avoid this location

Why is the machine always broken?Worst customer service. The lady staff is very unprofessional,pathetic customer service , poor management.Noted the response from the owner on previous negative reviews - Management has no answer to improve the customer service. No efforts.

Very poor service. Note the time- Live Review. You don’t accept the survey code which is running these days?. Machine is Broken. Very Bad customer service. No survey receipts. Poor Tim Hortons experience here. Lady working here needs more training.
