I placed a mobile order at the Tim Hortons on December 11 at 9:40 and was disappointed with the customer service. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employee was extremely rude and dismissive. Upon asking for assistance, I was met with abusive language, which is completely unacceptable.

I always have a great experience when visiting this location especially when Akhi is working the counter. She’s helpful and efficient! Our drinks and donuts came fast.

My wife and I are members of the community and have been coming to this location for years! Rebecca is the longest serving employee at this location and is hands down the most consistent and best employee at this location. If not for Rebecca we would not come to this location. Thanks for customer service Rebecca. You always make the best coffee and give us the best customer service.
Horrible experience, ice Capp machine broken and shot coffee juice at me and ruined my clothes, employees apologized, but the damage was already done… attached is the image of the machine that sprayed me.
