If depression opened a franchise it would be the Tim Hortons at Michael Garron. Everything is so slow and middling that it seems almost satirical, that this is by design and we're all part of some strange experiment. It's almost impressive.

Mobile orders constantly not ready. Waited 20 minutes before going to the counter and still waiting another 5 minutes for 2 steeped teas to be BREWED!!!! This location needs extra staff. They are constantly leaving multiple people in line without taking orders or finishing the current orders they have.
They have no urgency to complete orders for people who are WORKING in the hospital and have limited time to order and eat! They never have any food left after 7pm. They claim they are not able to make more food at this time even though they close at 10pm. They are more worried about cleaning at this time than serving the customers that are in line. Hospitals change of shifts are every 12 hours and they never have any food for the nighttime people coming in. This is a 24 hour operation and they need to have more food available after 7pm. They are all rude and have no customer service etiquette. This is not a one time occurence this happens EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!

Most of the time, mobile order actually takes longer than ordering in line because they have no system in place to ensure mobile orders are fulfilled. The customer has to pester staff for orders, and sometimes the staff even purposely ignore mobile order customers when called.
Food is good and the cheapest at the hospital. Health standards are not great.

Orders are never right and they get annoyed when you remind them. My most recent visit had food crumbs in my iced coffee. Not sure where that came from but surely won't be back !

I ordered two medium iced capps costing me over 8 dollars. Which is the normal price because of inflation. However they did not give me a normal serving as seen in the photo.

It's always busy at MGH, but the staff try their best to meet every customer's needs. Hats off to anyone who works in such a constant and fast paced environment.

They should employ more workers. The wait time is almost half an hour! If you’re working that’s the whole time of your break.

I ordered Harb and garlic..four cheese and mideum franch vanilla. They gave me Harb and garlic and four cheese. They forgot to give me franch vanilla when I asked them you didn't give my Franch Vanilla. They said did you order? I said of course I ordered and paid. I don't know what happened They started laughing I feel so embarrassed. Worst place ever..also employees has no manner plus heath and safety issues.

The staff is terrible, had to repeat my order three times, the cashier seemed more focused on the conversation with her coworker then the customer.
