Sometimes, you are stuck in the hospital and need to eat.There was nothing available to eat. I have never seen the full Tim menu here.Poor customer service.There is no rewards system here.We ordered food delivery from outside.

Friendly but they put their priority with drive through and will allow a line up to the door with one person on cash. Meanwhile all these people are running around in the back doing everything else. I've complained to them before and a guy complained to them today but they don't seem to care . They just defend themselves or ignore you. I guess because most people just put up with it. Basically it's often slow service if you order at the counter.

Not accessible by car unless visiting the hospital and parking
Parking: Pay for parking for hospital, no access for a quick grab of food. Not good for GPS search

Ordered a hot chocolate with quarter coffee. Got a full hot chocolate instead.... :(
Coffee's not great but they offer almond milk now so thats a plus. If they Still had the Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich they could've gotten an easy 5-stars. Now they're just your generic coffee shop
