I order a medium pizza and after waiting for a pizza for an hour some uber picked it up and after a bit he canceled and he didn’t bring my pizza and I payed 22 dollar for the pizza this is ridiculous and they didn’t payed my money back it’s really embarrassing..

I just ordered the Philly cheese beef steak sandwiches and was honestly very disappointed. The portion of beef inside the sandwich was shockingly small, almost to the point where it felt like there was barely any meat at all. Instead, what I received was mostly bread with just a little bit of filling and lots of onions It felt unbalanced and not worth the price paid. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience left me very upset. When customers order a sandwich like this, they expect to get what they’re paying for, and unfortunately, this order was very disappointing. I hope Watan Pizza takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and portions of their sandwiches, because right now it doesn’t feel like good value at all

⚠️ I ordered wings from this place and within a short time after eating, I developed severe stomach pain and food poisoning symptoms. This was extremely unpleasant and concerning, as it clearly points to poor food safety or handling practices.

The food here has always been great—I’ve been a loyal customer for years. However, I’ve noticed some issues recently that should be addressed. The new bell system for ready orders makes sense, but the staff in the back often ring it multiple times unnecessarily while the cashiers are still assisting customers, which feels disruptive. On top of that, the behavior from some of the kitchen staff is concerning—they can be heard cursing at each other and even at customers with each other. If you have a request to put more rice instead of salad on the platter the guy in the back makes faces as if he’s not getting paid to make orders??! In particularly one of the back staff members an overweight ill mannered employee is the one mainly unprofessional. I really hope management takes note of this, because the food and service at the front are excellent, but the experience is being affected by these issues
